Introducing Scott Co. Mini-Storage This is our North Entrance off of Shumway Street.  It is from here that you would enter Scott County Mini-Storage to visit our office, or to visit your own storage space.  This is also where most of our deliveries from Federal Express and UPS occur.  Many of our tenants are Sales Reps and will have packages delivered directly to their storage space.  Once inside, you have access to our office (during our office hours) and to the storage facility.  We have carts and dollys available for our tenants to use when loading and unloading things into their storage space.  Our front door is accessible during "business hours" using our secured keypad.

Our Storage Spaces We keep our facility spotless.  Our storage spaces range in sizes from 5x8 to 10x29.  Of course all of our storage space is conveniently located inside our temperature-controlled warehouse.  With 169 storage spaces to choose from, you won't have any difficulty finding a size that meets your needs.  A sample of one of our storage spaces, a 10x14 at 140 square feet, Storage Unit Number F3 rents for $147 per month.  Most of our competitor storage facilities have nine-foot ceiling, however, with our thirteen-foot ceiling-height, our tenants enjoy four more feet of space...and when you factor-in the extra volume in square-footage, Scott Co. Mini-Storage has more space to offer giving our tenants more value for their money. To get as much out of your storage unit as possible, you could put "stand-alone" shelving units in your storage space and truly take advantage of the extra volume.

Load & unload from inside our building As an added convenience for our tenants, you can load and unload your storage space from inside our garage.  This is particularly convenient when it is raining, snowing, or very cold outside during the winter months.  You have drive-in access from 6:00am to 9:00pm, so nearly any time you need to get to your things, you can be rest assured they are safe and secure here at Scott County Mini-Storage.
