Rental  Refunds
You must fill out the Notice to Vacate Form that must be presented (10) ten days prior to moving out. You may email, fax, mail or drop off in person at our office to Scott County Mini Storage. Refunds are based by your Anniversary date. Rent is based on a (30) thirty day period.   A refund will be honored up to the first fifteen days. After fifteen days your rent will be considered as a full month and no refund will be due.

What is your policy on refunds?

Must have original valid receipt, no copies of receipts will be accepted. We will gladly accept unused or unopened items as returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply return your purchase at Scott County Mini Storage facility and we will process your refund on the spot or by check within 14 days, depending on the location and amount of refund.

How do I return these items for refund?

Bring your unused or unopened items to Scott County Mini Storage within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
 

How do I pay my bill?

Scott County Mini Storage offers 5 Five convenient ways to pay:


1.   Choose AutoPay.

Enroll online at or enroll in person at any Scott County Mini Storage – the rest is up to us. We’ll automatically debit your bank account or charge you’re VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover® or American Express® credit card for your monthly bills.
