we still ask that you make sure all your goods are fully protected. Although only you will be able access your things
and our state of the art technology will reduce the chance of fire and intruders – an insurance or protection plan
is still paramount. Are my stored possessions covered by my homeowner/renter policy?
Many homeowner/renter policies
provide only limited coverage for possessions stored away from the insured location. You should contact your insurance agent
or carrier for more specific details on your coverage. We are not in the insurance business and are we are not insurance agents.
We do offer very competitive protection plan from a 3rd party with rates as low as $8.00 per month and flexible coverage
for all ranges of goods stored. We also ensure that claims are easy to make and just a phone call away. It is mandatory,
that you should be aware and acknowledge that lessor does not have insurance covering tenant or tenant's stored property.
In addition, tenant at tenant's expense, must maintain a policy of fire and extended coverage insurance with theft,
vandalism and malicious mischief endorsement, covering the value of property stored. Tenant expressly agrees that the
carrier of such insurance or protection plan shall not be subjugated to any claim of tenant against Lessor, Lessor's
agents or employees.
